How do I download pattern files?

Click the download item link on the order confirmation page. An email confirmation with a download link will also be sent out after purchase. If you cannot find the email confirmation, please try checking the spam folder. 

Does the pattern include seam allowances?

Yes, all Standard Curio patterns have seam allowances included. Check the pattern instructions and/or pattern pieces for exact seam allowance measurement.

How do I print a tiled PDF?

Print the tiled pattern at 100% scale, assemble pages using the Tiled Page Layout found on the pattern instructions, tape the pages together and cut out pattern pieces in desired size.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Physical item orders may be canceled for a refund before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled or returned. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

Instant download items (such as PDF patterns) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once purchased.
